Let us be nourished together.
Let us put forth great effort.
Let our learning be enlightening
and the conflict between us vanish.
Aum, peace peace peace.

Namaste Ke Andar Hai; A Firefly Arts Collective Grant Recipient for 2008- The 'walls' were made of translucent silk, and canvas with retro-reflective designs. The mantra is lasercut from retro-reflective canvas and backed with silk to secure the central pieces of the cut characters.
The ceiling was silk with goldleaf and canvas center and knitted out from there with handspun yarn, and some commercial yarns, to make a wavy coral-esque mandala.
It is second in a series about faith and being the light that you bring to the world, because what you put in, is what you get back.
